Complete flights in multiplayer (takeoff and landing) and earn Flight Points (FP) to increase your pilot’s rank. Remember to fly regularly otherwise you will start losing your FPs.
Join or create a Virtual Airline (VA). At the end of each month you will get FP rewards based on the rank of your VA and your rank within the VA.
